Elizabeth Anne "Betsy" Hallowell, on November 9, 2011, of Laurel Springs age 53. Survived by her loving husband Jack Severson Mayor of Laurel Springs and her step children, Nicole Severson, John Severson, Camille Morgan and five step grandchildren. Betsy was the Democratic Municipal Chair for Laurel Springs and a member of the New Jersey and American Bar Associations.
