Also survived by one sister Phyllis (Lowell) Burlap of Lindenwold, one brother William (Maryann) of Barnegat and the late Father John Follett. Son-in-law to John and Dorothy Stocks, Brother-in-law to Susan (Mike), John (Sandra), Katie and Karen of Lindenwold. Leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, god-children and many friends. Joe was a passionate fisherman. A Good Samaritan and a friend to those he encountered.
