Obituary of Elizabeth H. McNamee

Elizabeth H. McNamee (née Smith), 80 years, of Lindenwold NJ, passed away on March 19, 2022. Daughter of the late Callie Mae (née Graul) and Edwin S. Smith. Devoted mother of Julie Geary (Russell), William McNamee, Carolyn Cotter (Drew), Karen Lagana and the late Larry McNamee (Jordanna). Loving sister of Edwin Smith (Joan), Dolores Carr, Amy Levendvski (the late Ron), and the late "Jay" Callie Mae Boos (the late David). Grandmother of Sarah, Samantha, Erin, Emmy, Isabella, Brianna, Domenic and Vincent.

Elizabeth was an avid reader, and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She was also a whiz at Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She loved to make hats and blankets for the babies in the Heart Hospital in Nevada. She also made hats and scarves for the Giving Tree at her grandkid’s schools as well.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday morning from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 N. WHITE HORSE PIKE, LINDENWOLD NJ 08021. Funeral service at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin NJ. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for contributions to the American Heart Association at 1 Union St. Suite 301, Robbinsville NJ 08691 or the American Cancer Society at 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill NJ 08034.
