Sending my sympathy and prayers to the Farrell Family and especially to you Ann. Whenever I came to visit my daughter in Stratford, it was a pleasure to stop and chat with Bob and you. As a graduate of SJU, he was so interested in my grandsons’ cross country and track meets while they were students there. Please know he will be missed and I feel certain that our loving God is holding him in the palm of his hands. May our loving Lord grant him eternal rest and peace.

Bob had some great bus driving stories that he would share with other faculty members at Lewis. I always looked forward to seeing his St. Patrick's Day outfits especially the leprechaun. Sincere condolences to all Bob's family members. Sandy Ferguson

Mr. Farrell was one my favorite teachers at CW Lewis in the 80's. I have often thought of him over the years. I can see his class in my mind like it was yesterday. He influenced my later choices of study in High School and College. My condolences to the family.

I was saddened to first learn of Bob's illness and then his passing. Although I worked in a different building, I worked extensively with Bob through the Gloucester Township Education Association and the NJEA. He was a strong advocate for our members as well as the education profession in general. He was a friend and mentor to me in his role as an NJEA Consultant and encouraged me in my Union work. Bob was kind, always quick with a laugh and a true gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with Anna and his family. Rest In Peace, Bob.

While we were not the best in relations of teacher/student in the mid 1980s, I have long since then known that you cared a great deal for all of your students. Therefore, you'll be sorely missed by many people in this world!

I know that my husband, Dick Schuck who taught with Bob for many years, had so much respect for Bob's unfailing dedication to his profession, his students and his fellow staff members. He was clearly loved by all and will be missed by so many, but his legacy does not die with him, nor does the love the he instilled in others as he so generously shared his joy of living with all with whom he came into contact. With deep condolences to his family from Dick and Brenda Schuck

To Bob’s Family,
I was so sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. I worked in another school, but was friendly with him. He was a colorful character who worked tirelessly for us when he was involved with our Union. He was a dedicated teacher and was loved by his students. May he Rest In Peace.

Daddy, I miss you so much already. I didn’t know a heart could hurt so much. You were the greatest man whoever walked this earth. I couldn’t have a better guardian angel. I love you. Rest In Peace. Ellen
