Muriel Constance Glosson affectionately known as "Mama", surrounded by her adoring family, was peacefully called home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 13, 2020. She was born July 4, 1935 in New York. She was the only daughter of Evan Wilkerson and stepdaughter to Edna Williams. She was married to Nathaniel Glosson, Jr. who preceded her in death. Mama loved talking about her family and everyone loved her cooking. She raised three sons as a single parent all while getting her master's degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She worked as a New York State parole officer until she retired to help raise her grandsons. Mama is survived by three sons; Jeffrey, Jerome and Craig Glosson. She also leaves behind granddaughters, Christle and Janaiya Glosson and Jessica, Diana and Angela Rivera as well as grandsons Christopher, Calvin, Craig Jr., Kyri and Jerome Glosson, Jr. and great grandchildren Chenelle, Kamauri, Calvin, Jr., Alexander, Evan, Nyiema, Amenah, and Andrew Glosson. Also cherishing her memory is Goddaughter Toni Worthey, niece Ashley Worthey, Godson Garry Utendahl, cousins Renee Stevenson, Nicole Stevenson and Shani Sanders as well as a host of other loving famijly and friends. Cremation and services for Muriel are being held privately due to the current health crisis caused by COVID-19. Arrangements under the direction of DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, LINDENWOLD NJ.
