Thomas “Tom” Michael Busarello, 90 passed away in his sleep at home on Thursday, March 15, 2018. He was born in Camden, NJ to Winnifred and Joseph Busarello on May 31, 1927. He was raised in Cramer Hill neighborhood in Camden with his siblings Marie, Joseph, John, Margret and Bill.  They spent their summers in Pittsburgh, PA with Uncle John and Aunt Bea. He was a Corporal in the United States Army during World War II, supervising the mail service at the 25th base post office in Wurzburg, Germany.  He served from 1945-1947. He married Betty Jane Foll on January 29, 1949. He was a sheet metal worker for 50 years. He was a devoted husband who loved all his children and children’s spouses fiercely, thought the world of his grandchildren and absolutely adored his great grandchildren.  He was known to his great grandchildren as Great Tom and boy was he great. He enjoyed reading, history and local sports (even at the high school level).  

 

Survived by his wife, Betty Jane Busarello who were blessed with 69 years of marriage. His brother Bill Busarello of Arizona, daughter and son-in-law Carolyn & Albert DeClemente of Lindenwold, son and daughter-in-law David & Mary Ellen Busarello of Franklinville, and Andrea Walsh of Sewell. Grandchildren Lynn DeClemente Losavio (Buddy Losavio) of Pennington, Laura DeClemente, Anna Busarello and David Busarello.  Great Grandchildren, Albert Losavio, Jordan Smith, and Lucy Losavio.

 

Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Winnifred and siblings Margret, Joseph, John and Margret.

 

Private services will be held Monday, March 19, 2018
