Obituary of Dorothy I. Stocks

Dorothy Isabel Stocks (nee. Jensen). Born 7/28/43 -deceased 3/9/18. Lindenwold, NJ. Formerly of Phila., Pa. Pre-deceased by her parents Hugh and Dolores Jensen. Loving wife to the late John Stocks Sr. Devoted mother to Susan (Michael Morris), Patty (Joe Kealey), John Jr. (Sandra), and Katie. Proud grandmother to Jessica and Jaclyn Kealey.

Caring sister to Mike, Dolores, Joseph and Hughie and Sister-in-law Debra (George) Tellez. Survived by Karen Marchesani who was like another daughter

and by many nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was the family care-giver. She centered her life around family. She was a devoted wife of over 50 years to her late husband John and nursed him through his long illness. She unselfishly raised 4 children and always put their interest first. She adored her two grand-daughters Jessica and Jaclyn and was exceedingly proud of the women they have become. She continually took a genuine interest in each of her children lives and was always available to offer loving support, comfort or guidance to family and friends. She led a quiet and simple life but left a legacy of wonderful memories. She was kind and donated to many charities and had a fondness for pets. She will be greatly missed.

Friends and Family are invited to attend a viewing on Thursday March 15, 2018 from 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM at Danks-Hinski Funeral Home, 125 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold NJ 08021.

Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at St. Lawrence Church Campus from 11 AM to 12 PM. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 300 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin NJ. Condolences at www.dankshinskifuneralhome.com
