Obituary of Agnes I. Prendergast

Agnes I. Prendergast (nee Edwards) on August 8, 2017 of Stratford, age 87. Predeceased by loving husband the late James Prendergast. Survived by devoted children Agnes (David) Cohen, Mary Prendergast, Shawn (Terry) Prendergast, Diane (Ken) Carman, Jimmy (Ro) Prendergast, and Predeceased by the late Michael Prendergast. Also survived by beloved grandchildren Aaron, Melissa, Michelle, Shayna, Erin, Christine, James, and Lynly.  Predeceased by grandson the late Michael Cohen. Predeceased by her sister the late Alma Matz, and survived by her brother Charles Edwards. Agnes was a member of the VIA of Rehoboth Beach DE, The Stratford Father and Son Woman’s Auxiliary, the Stratford Women’s Club, and St. Luke’s Alter Rosary Society, and was also known for her impressive needle work. Friends and Family are invited to a Memorial Mass on Friday August 11, 2017  at 11 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish St Luke Parish Campus, 55 Warwick RD, Stratford NJ. Interment will be private. Services are being handled by Danks-Hinski Funeral Home.
