Obituary of John E. McDowell

John E. McDowell, on May 2, 2013, long time resident of Lindenwold, age 92. Loving husband of Dorothy (nee Stiles), beloved father of Ronald (Carol) of Somers Point and John "Hank" of Hagerstown, MD , proud grandfather of John (Barbara), Kim (Ron) Lombardo and Krista and two great grandchildren Anthony and Dominique. He is also survived by one sister Beatrice (Donald) Britton and daughters in law Carolyn McDowell and Donna Oliveri.

John was a WWII veteran and a member of the Laurel Lodge 237, Excelsior Consistory 32nd degree, Crescent Shrine and many other Masonic bodies. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to call on the family on Tuesday between 10:00AM - 11:30AM, a Masonic Service will follow at 11:30 and an Episcopal Prayer Service at 11:45 AM at the Danks-Hinski Funeral Home, 125 N. White Horse Pike at South Ave., Lindenwold. Interment at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Memorial Garden Collingswood.
