Also survived by two brothers James of Villas, and Dennis and his wife Patricia of Charlotte, NC. Mr. Mulhearn was an Artist and Commercial Photographer and a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Lawrence Church. Loving husband, devoted father, friend and colleague, Joe's creativity and bright smile brought immense pleasure to everyone around him.
