McNEILL, Alex On May 19, 2010 of Laurel Springs Alex McNeill (AKA Flash) was a true cowboy that was born in the Tar-hills of Laurinberg, North Carolina. Born on August 2, 1927 to the late Josie Morrison and raised by his step father Roosevelt McNeill. He worked for Patco High Speed Line of Lindenwold and was a member of Teamster 676. Alex was a shop steward and a very good cook. Flash was a wise man that wore many hats. Most people that met Flash, learned to love him for being the real deal. He leaves behind a host of relatives and friends. A special thanks to his cousin Josie, special friend Tom, and Betty Perry who stood by his side until he was called to a better place. He also had a friend he called son (L.T. and his wife Paulette) that helped care for Flash until he had to be admitted to a rehab facility, And special friend Dottie Wilson.
