On April 30, 2009, of Lindenwold, age 84. Loving husband of Rita (nee Carosiello). Beloved father of Cynthia of Lindenwold, Theresa and her husband David Robinson of Berlin, Peter, Jr. and his wife Maria Eugenia of Robbinsville, NJ, Donna and her husband Michael Norris of Berlin, and Christopher and his wife Holly of Atco. Proud Pop-Pop of Victoria, David, Georgianna, Ian and Kingston. Born the first of four children in Philadelphia, PA. where he attended the public school syste He enlisted into the US Army during World War II. As a Private, he was the Company "B" Bugler and was honorably discharged from Camp Rucker, Alabama in 1944. He was awarded the World War II Victory Medal, the Camden County, NJ Military Service Medal and an Honorable Service Lapel Button. His passion for automobiles led him to the automotive sales industry founding Pandolfo Motors, and later working at Pacifico Ford, both in Philadelphia, PA.Once retired, he was often found at his home with his automobiles and his antiques. He also enjoyed travelling to Atlantic City, NJ. A family man, he was active in The St. Lawrence R.C. Church in Lindenwold, NJ., the Knights of Columbus, Nativity Council 2976 and The Special Olympics of NJ, where he was often seen cheering his daughter, Cindy. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the viewing on Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 North White Horse Pike at South Avenue, Lindenwold. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00AM from St. Lawrence RC Church, Lindenwold. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to St. Lawrence Church, 100 South Avenue, Lindenwold, would be appreciated.
