MATHIESEN,Joan B. (nee Taylor), on April 18, 2009, of Somerdale, age 78. Loving wife of the late John, loving mother of Randall K. Wright (Colista) of Atco, the Hon. John F. Hipp (Maryann) of Rutherford, Mary Claire Murphy (Steven) of Bellmawr, Chris Hipp (Shirley) of Stratford, Joan B. Fuller (Daniel) of Somerdale, Sandra L. Olson (Eric) of Barnegat, John S. Mathiesen (Kristin) of Franklinville, and the late Raymond (Bud) Hipp. Proud grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by three sisters, Claire Falls (Joe) of Stratford, Mary Ellen Garris (Charles) of Washington Twp., Carol Milner (Robert) of Silver Springs, MD, Allen Taylor (Mary) of Washington Twp., Charles Taylor (Theresa) of Herndon, VA, and the late William Taylor and sister in-law Pauline Taylor of Lindenwold, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Joan attended Overbrook Regional High School, Lindenwold (formerly LCC Regional). She was a former director of the CYO at Our Lady of Grace Church, in Somerdale. Joan was best known for her love of gardening, her knowledge of history, loving her family and her many charitable contributions. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to call Friday evening between 7:00 and 9:00 PM and again on Saturday between 8:30 and 9:30 AM at the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 N. White Horse Pike at South Ave., Lindenwold. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, Somerdale. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, 2720 River Road, Des Plaines, ILL. 60018
