Of Lindenwold, on May 10, 2008, age 83.
Survived by his loving wife Rose (nee Antonucci). Beloved father of Peter (Barbara) of Warrington, VA, Albert (Carolyn) of Lindenwold, James (Norma) of Lindenwold, Michael (Patricia) of Wildwood, Kathryn (Chip) Carter of Lindenwold and John of Hockessen, DE. Proud grandfather of 15: Nancy, Kristina, Deborah, Scott, Lynn, Laura, Lisa, Michele, Jennifer, Michael, Christopher, Jamie, Katelyn, Diana, Alexia and 9 great grandchildren: Samantha, Sabrina, Zachary, Nathaniel, Amanda, Stephanie, Karlson , Jenna and Haley. One Brother Harry (Rosalie) of Blackwood.
Angelo was a Order Sons of Italy in America charter member of Mario Lanza Lodge #2308 in Berlin, N.J. serving in many lodge leadership positions which cumulated in being elected as the New Jersey State President and past National Trustee and chairing many educational and charitable and research committees. He was very active in his youngest son's scouting career and became Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America in Collingswood, N.J. He coached numerous intramural sports programs including basketball and softball believing sports builds character. Trophies, plaques, certificates of achievement and letters of appreciation fill his home office but his greatest accomplishment was keeping his family together.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a viewing Thursday between 9-11 AM from the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME 125 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial 11 am at St. Lawrence R.C. Church of Lindenwold, Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the OSIA N.J. Foundation, Inc., 510 Marlboro Ave., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 would be appreciated.
