MCGOVERN, MARY FRANCES Graciously on the morning of January seventh, 2008, the wife of the late William Patrick Sr. past away at home surrounded by her six children, William P. Jr. (Bill), Anna Marie (Nancy), James (Jim), John (Jack), Dennis (Den), and Paul. She is the grandmother of Heather, Lindsey, Meghan, Maureen, Brian, Jon, Jaime, Lisa, Jimmy, Julianne, Ashley, Gwyneth, Patrick and Thomas and the great grandmother of Sean. Mary, a life-time resident of Laurel Springs, N.J., was born at home, September second, 1925, to the late Horatio Nelson and Anna Marie Denby. She attended St. Lawrence School, Lindenwold, N.J. graduating in 1939 and until her death was a life-time parishioner of St. Lawrence Church. She attended Camden Catholic High School and graduated in 1943. Mary continued her education byattending The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing through the Nurses Cadet program, attaining her RN degree in 1946. Mary belonged to many service organizations including the Laurel Springs Women's Club, the American Legion Women's Auxiliary and the Tuesday Mission Association. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. from DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, White Horse Pike at South Avenue, Lindenwold. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 A.M. from St. Lawrence R.C. Church in Lindenwold. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin. A viewing will be held Friday evening at the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Lawrence Church in Mary F. McGovern's name.
