We are glad that we had the opportunity to enjoy covered bridge safaris with "Jersey Joe" and especially treasure a photo he took of another good friend, the late Dick Wilson. He will be missed by many covered-bridge friends throughout the USA. GOD be with the family!

Rose and Family: Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I was lucky enough to meet Joe when he joined the CB group, which I had belonged to. Then I saw that he lived in the next town from me. He was a very kind and generous man and shared alot of his covered bridge postcards, brochures, etc. with me which, I will be forever grateful. You have lost a great husband, father and grandfather and the covered bridge world has lost one of our beloved members. We will all be mourning the loss of "Jersey" Joe.
God Bless You All,
Sandy Adrion

Dear Rosemary and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. We were never so pleasantly surprised to receive a visit from George Conn, PA Joe and Jersey Joe one afternoon in the early summer of 2011. They had decided to venture out on one of Joe's better days and we were honored they came to see the Hamden CB amongst others. Joe will be sorely missed. He gave a good fight and we pray the wonderful memories will help you through these difficult times. God bless
