Obituary of Louis L. Martucci
Louis L. Martucci, 84 years, of Lindenwold, passed away on July 12, 2023. Beloved son of the late Louis and Eunice Martucci. Loving husband of 54 years to Sharon A. Martucci. Devoted father of Wendy (William) Huston and Christopher (Elizabeth) Martucci. Dear brother of Alessandra Capella, Teresa Giordano and the late Stephen Martucci. Cherished grandfather of Gavin, Mia, Laynie and Luca and special uncle of Monica Harris. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lou, born in Philadelphia, was an accomplished musician gifted with an amazing singing voice. He went on to become the lead singer of both The Allusions and The Preludes throughout the1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. He continued singing and performing live shows for much of his life. Lou put himself through college in the San Francisco Bay Area while working in the Electronics Industry and raising a family. In his later years he continued to sing and record music, which was one of his greatest passions in life. He was a lover of animals and a loyal supporter of ASPCA. Most of all, Lou loved and cherished his family and was an amazing husband, father, proud grandfather, brother and Uncle.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday July 21, 2023 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 N. WHITE HORSE PIKE, LINDENWOLD NJ 08021. Memorial Service will begin at 8:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the ASPCA, P.O.
