Obituary of Dolores Jean Stevens

Dolores Jean Stevens (nee Smith), 86 years of Clementon NJ, passed away on March 23, 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by family. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Loving mother of Barry Stevens (Victoria), Jeffrey Stevens (Kathryn) and Nancy LeBano (John). Dear sister of Dorothy Aicher and the late Elizabeth Sandifer. Cherished Mom-mom of Trudy, Timothy, Rachel, Steven, and Julia. Dolores graduated from Overbrook Regional High School in 1954, and from Cooper Hospital School of Nursing in 1957. Dolores took great pride in her nursing career, and retired from West Jersey Hospital in Voorhees in 1994. She enjoyed the company of friends through her volunteer work with the Lions Club and gathering with her Red Hat friends from ORHS. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish of Lindenwold. Dolores will be remembered for her quick wit, generosity, and her devoted love for her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday March 28, 2023 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 N. WHITE HORSE PIKE, LINDENWOLD NJ 08021. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Luke Church, 55 Warwick Rd., Stratford NJ. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin NJ.
