Obituary of Dolores A. Bouboulis

Dolores A. Bouboulis (née Waugh), 91 years, of Atco NJ, passed away on June 9, 2022. Daughter of the late Christopher and Catherine (née Bennett) Waugh. Beloved wife of the late Ernest P. Bouboulis. Loving mother of Walter Cleighton (Carol) and Dolores Toussaint (the late Herbert). Dear sister of the late Frank Waugh (Ella), Christopher (Evelyn) and Catherine Lane. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Scully (Keenan), Michael Mattes (Janice), Timothy Cleighton (Meghan), Katerina Minimi (Carl), Allyson Cleighton (Kevin Thonn) and Anastasia Watson (John) and great grandmother of Brooke, Matthew, Kristian, Elizabeth-Mae, Adriana, Kamryn, Phillip, John, Gavin, Grace, McKenzie and Mia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Dolores was a devoted Parishioner at Christ the Redeemer Church. She was very involved in Adoration and The Devine Mercy. She loved her church and faithfully said the Rosary every day.  

Dolores opened the Atco Diner with her husband Ernie in April of 1965. After, his passing she ran the diner with her daughter Dolores and grandchildren. The diner was in business for 53 years. Many remember her delicious pies and soups. She was an amazing baker, that she will always be remembered for. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday June 16, 2022 from 9:30AM to 11:00AM at Christ the Redeemer Parish Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco NJ 08004. Memorial Mass 11:00AM. Interment of ashes to follow in Locustwood Cemetery, Cherry Hill NJ.
