Robert W. Gibson Sr., on November 18, 2012, of Stratford, age 90. Beloved husband of Antoinette (Toni), father of Robert Jr., Patti Ann, and Ron (Kara), grandfather of four and great grandfather of six. Bob graduated from Palmyra High School in 1940. He was an engineer/technician for 34 years at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and then sold electronics for 11 years at Bambergers. He was also a World War II Veteran. Bob survived 55 combat missions over Europe, serving as a Tech Sgt. Radio Operator/Gunner on B-26 Marauder Bombers. In addition to his U.S. decorations, Bob was recently awarded a medal and named "Chevalier" in the French Legion of Honor. However, Bob said his most rewarding achievement in life was his marrying Antoinette (Toni) Gattuso of Paulsboro and helping her to raise three wonderful children. Funeral Services were held at the convenience of the family. Funeral under the direction of Danks-Hinski Funeral Home, of Lindenwold.
