It seems both like yesterday and a lifetime ago that I met Tim (and Susan) when I first came to NJ to spend Thanksgiving with Kim and her family, back when Kim and I were both still students and Kim was living in the UK, where she became one of my closest and dearest friends. Since then, it’s always felt like I have a second family in America, and of course I have. It’s hard to think that that family has now lost such an enormous part of its heart. I have so many wonderful memories of time spent with Tim over the years, it was always such a pleasure to come to visit and feel like I was coming home. Tim was always ready with a warm bear hug and full of words of wisdom, faith and comfort, as well as a cheeky sense of humor! I’ll always remember Tim’s selection of baseball caps kept carefully in his armoire (with the British ones brought out for special visitors!); trips for coffee and donuts at Dunkin’; breakfasts at the Stratford Diner (and occasionally IHOP to humor me); Tim coming along on trips to Walmart to find (and often suggest) additions for my Christmas village, which I always added to every Thanksgiving (and every Christmas it all comes out and I think of everyone in NJ); watching TV in the basement of the Big Old House and trips to Smithville. Tim even came with me and Kim when I went wedding dress shopping, and I’ll never forget the beaming smile on his face when I found ‘the dress’. I’m so sad that it was so long since I was last able to visit, but will always keep particularly happy memories of our last night all out together (Tim, Susan, Kim, Ian, my wonderful Godson Isaac and his amazing brother Jonah) for dinner at the Smithville Inn where I got to share the happy news that I was pregnant (Tim had, of course, already guessed). It meant such a lot to share the news in person (and I'm so glad that Ian snapped this last photo of me, Kim, Susan and Tim together before we left at the end of the night) and as last memories go it’s hard to think of a nicer one. Tim was truly one of life’s good men; kind, warm, loving, strong and a man of unwavering faith. I loved how much his love for Susan, Kim, Tim Jr and all of his family always shone from him, and I feel blessed that I got to see and share in some of that. I will miss you terribly, but take comfort that you are with God, and will always be watching over those you loved.

My memories of my Uncle Tim go back to when we were quite young. Uncle Tim babysat us and when he was with us, we always felt safe and happy. I remember when he returned from the service and seeing him so handsome in his uniform standing in my Grandpop’s driveway next to his prized car. Over the years, he and his beautiful family were a part of all my family celebrations. He was a family man. A very intelligent man. A tower of strength through and through. A strength fostered by a strong foundation in his faith and love for God. I loved and admired him and I’m going to miss him very much. Aunt Sue, Kimberlee and Tim, I am praying that you will find strength and peace in knowing that he is with God (for sure), and will always be with you in the days ahead. Cindie

With a heavy heart and words I do not have to give tribute to my brother at his passing, but I will accept the honor and do my humble best.
He was a man amongst men; faithful, loyal, and Christian above all. Not perfect as none of us are. He loved his Lord God and believed his promise of everlasting life. We often talked about Ephesians 2 verses 8 & 10. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from you; it is a gift of God...
He had a great love for his heavenly Father.
He was a loving husband. He loved his wife Susie more than he loved himself.
So how do you say goodbye?
I never will. He was a good friend and a loving brother. He will always be in my heart and mind... Joe

No words can express my brother’s love of Jesus and a minister to everyone he met “Did you talk to Jesus today “ he would say and now he is with Him. He served his country in the military as well and showed his respect to everyone he met. There’s a hole in our hearts for our brother Tim. His sense of humor was unsurpassed like our Father’s . We were honored and blessed to have him as a brother and we will never be the same without him. Our hope and prayer is everyone follow his ministry and to share peace and most of all love for others I love you my brother with all my heart and soul and will look for you as one of my angels in heaven your sister Marleen
