Michele and her husband Don Juzwiak of Michigan City, Indiana, Mark and his wife Karen of Magnolia, Matthew and his wife Lori of Sewell, proud grandmother of Kelsey, Brielle, Dylan, Brenna, Conner, Brad and Tyler. Also survived by 1 sister, Sister Lorraine IHM of Forestville, CT. Mrs. Maslowski was an active member of St. Agnes Church for many years and worked at St. Christopher's Hospital for 35 years.
