Brian I don't know if you remember me I'm Ken Froberg I have known your dad for a long time, I'm so sorry he was one of the best people I ever met always there to help someone out, he is really going to be missed, my son works for uncle Rocky that's how I heard but later on I might try calling his number

I remember playing hockey with Joe, on the SJHA Marlboros. Joe played defense. I worked with Joe at the Coliseum for many years. Joe and Ziggy were great bartenders! I almost bought a condo next to Joe, on Dartmouth Ave many years ago, on Joe’s recommendation. I remember Joe’s “special” mixed drink for customers who were a**holes. Lol!! Joe liked doo wop and Brooklyn Bridge. Joe always kept things simple and uncomplicated. If Joe called you a gooner, it meant you had become a true friend. I remember a bar patron, who was an outdoorsman, asking Joe why he went out to bars and clubs most nights after work. Joe told him that it beats sitting in a tree stand, in the cold and in the dark all night. If you could call yourself a friend of Joe, it didn’t get much better than that. A real special guy, the type you don’t get to run across very often in a lifetime.
