Obituary of Gerald Clune, Jr.

Gerald J. Clune, Jr., 85 years, of Moorestown NJ, passed away on October 16, 2020. Beloved husband of Alicia E. Clune (née Fitzpatrick). Loving father of Lisa Clune, Moreen Rademaker (Anthony) and the late Gregory Clune (Monica). Cherished grandfather of Sean, Erin, Connor, Keilan, Quinn, Dylan, Anna and Gabriella and great grandfather of Maeve.

Jerry was a proud US Army Veteran serving in Europe with the Big Red One and also worked for many years as a Detective Lieutenant with the Morris County NJ Sheriff's Department. He was a loving father and grandfather who was always happiest on family vacations to Nags Head, NC the Caribbean and trips to Atlantic City. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and was always ready with a witty quip. Jerry was also a gifted athlete, and was proud to have been scouted by the NY Yankees before his tour in the Army, even though he had always been a Brooklyn Dodgers fan.

Services and interment for Jerry will take place privately. In lieu of flowers contributions to Samaritan Hospice at PO Box 71425 Philadelphia PA 19146 in memory of Gerald would be appreciated. Arrangements under the direction of the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, LINDENWOLD NJ.
