William F. Leimkuhler on June 4, 2014 of Downingtown, PA formerly of Haddonfield, NJ and Wayne, PA. Survived by his loving wife, Marie (Fleming), beloved father of Dr. Brett Leimkuhler of Wakefield, RI, Donna Bonsall, wife of Stephan Bonsall of King of Prussia; proud grandfather of Edward and Gregory; Also survived by two sisters, Grace McGarvey of Cherry Hill, NJ and Mary Farrell of Southampton, PA, predeceased by Harry Leimkuhler, Rita Curran and Gerald Leimkuhler. Decorated World War II Veteran, attached to the Surgeon General's Office, member of Knights of Columbus Nativity Council, Cherry Hill, past PTA President of Christ the King School and St. Mary of the Angels Academy, Haddonfield, NJ, member of Haddonfield Lions Club, Board of Judges of Elections for the town of the Haddonfield. Avid sculler for the Vesper Boat Club of Philadelphia, self-taught harmonica player, and tennis enthusiast.Relatives and friends of the family are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday between 11 and 11:45am at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, 338 Manor Ave, Downingtown, PA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon. A private interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery will follow at a later date. Funeral under the direction of the Danks-Hinski Funeral Home, 125 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ.
