She was a joy to speak with always kind and professional no matter the situation with a little humor thrown in the conversation. I never really felt like I was on a work call when speaking to her she always had a way of making you feel like it was a friend calling. Although I never met Chris in person you could tell by speaking with her she was a ray of sunshine. She will be dearly missed. My condolences to the family.
