Vincent “Jim” Lacava, 79, of Somerdale NJ, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2019 with his loving family by his bedside. Survived by Joseph Lemeshuk, his devoted partner of 44 years, and beloved brothers Joseph Lacava (Tess) of PA and Ralph Lacava of FL, also his treasured sister in law Debbie Stoyko (Dan Ball). Loving son of the late Jennie Lacava.

Jim, the youngest of the family of 8, grew up in South Philadelphia and relocated to South Jersey 44 years ago. Jim loved his home, and he and Joe hosted annual Easter, Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve parties that will always be fondly remembered.

Always a devoted brother and uncle, “Uncle Jimmy” received love, care and support from his numerous nieces and nephews (and their spouses) during his battles with heart disease and lung cancer.
