I will always remember your little boy and my little boy running through the woods playing soldier. They both grew up to be soldiers. Jared was a good friend to Tony and I was happy that my son had a boy like him for his buddy.
His life touched many more people than you will ever know about. He was a true hero. I am proud that I knew him.

Jared was one of the first people I met when I started at Lowe's. He was a wonderful person. Caring and funny and always helpful. He made me smile every time I saw him and spoke with him. He will be tremendously missed. God Bless. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

no memories, I have high school friend whose son is a Marine. I'd like to thank Jared for his service and would like to send my condolences to his family and friends.
I wish I was able to come to say my goodbyes and tell all the family how truly sorry I am. Jared was an amazing person, so utterly talented, gentle hearted and warm. Always willing to lend an ear and had a way of inspiring others. Though my time with him was short, he will always hold a place in my heart as he will in everyone's who's life he touched. The world has lost a rare soul. I pray for you all. May God give you some comfort knowing Jared has peace. May God ease your pain and give you healing. I find solace in Ph 4:13.. I can do ALL THINGS in him who gives me strength. I pray that strength for you, especially the next few days.
