Obituary of Thomas Sandifer

Thomas J. Sandifer on May 7, 2017 of North Cape May, previously of Clementon, age 89. Predeceased by his late wife Elizabeth (nee Smith), but survived by his beloved companion Dorothy Aicher. Also survived by his loving daughter Jeanne Babos (Martin Babos) and his step children Joseph (Maria), Kathy (Jim), Fred (Diane), Michael (Lis), and Lori (Jim). Forever remember by his grandchildren Elisa (Mark), Erica (Jon), Frankie (Kathy), Christopher, Tracy (Tim), Joey, and Anna (Andre). Also survived by his Great Grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sam, Tinley, Gideon, and Korey. Thomas was a Letter Carrier for many years, adored by all the neighborhood dogs that he passed on his route, and known to his fellow Post Office co-workers as “Pappy”. He loved to roller-skate and dance, and was famous for his pies, earning him the nickname “Two Pie Tommy”. Tommy enjoyed spending his time at the casino and playing bingo. He will be greatly missed by his Family, Friends, and community. Friends and Family are invited to a viewing on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Danks-Hinski Funeral Home, 125 N.
